Hey friends! Sorry it has been a little while! It has been so busy around here! Thanksgiving was awesome- we have so much to be thankful for! I helped put up the tree the day after Thanksgiving- and boy was it fun! I am a certified Christmas tree light specialist- I don't think my dad could have done it without me! Also I am a professional ornament hanger- you are just not doing it right if you don't put as many ornaments on the same branch as you possibly can!

Hey! It doesn't get any better on a hot summer day than running though the sprinklers! I am pretty sure I ran at least a mile back and forth through the sprinkler in my backyard~ It was awesome!!! This last week we spent some time up at the cabin~! The days were full of running in the meadows, throwing rocks in the river, watching the campfire, roasting marshmallows, rafting, fishing, hiking, and hanging with the family!I had a blast! Haha I even got to stay up until 10 pm most nights - it was heaven!

At first I just chased daddy while he flew the kite

But then I got to fly it and it stayed in the air for 30 whole seconds!

I checked out the local backyard vegetation

I got to fly my spider man kite for the first time!

Kites are great fun! What a nice break from all the rain we have been having!

I went to the zoooo with my mom. It was awesome! We went in the morning and all of the animals were running around even the tigers! I saw three grizzly bears wrestle with each other, two tigers on the prowl, two bald eagles perched in a nest, two wolves running around their forest, one mountain goat sleeping in the shade, two river otters playing in the water, and many more barn animals, reptiles, and birds!

One of the most exciting things that happened was when I was eating popcorn and a peacock came up to me and tried to steal some! It was a little scary. My mom was quick though and we ran away before I got pecked! Thank goodness! : ) I do love the zoooo!

Exciting news I got to "drive" the car! I honked that horn like it was my job. I am pretty good at staying on the road but steering is not as much fun as changing gears! Watch out world! Beep beep!!!

My mom and dad took me to the Beartooth Nature Center this last weekend.

It is a wildlife refuge for injured animals or animals that have been around humans and are unable to survive in the wild.

It was awesome! Boy did I see some cool mountain animals!

I saw two mountain lions! Wow one of them snarled at us and was looking me up and down!

I saw rascal the raccoon walking around the top of his home

He was a cutie!

We met a fellow Parker that was a Hawk!

I saw so many animals including 3 bears, some elk, one buffalo, a bobcat (which got my dad pretty excited), and so many more. There was a crane that was talking to us the whole time we were there!

Today I gave my mom a surprise early Mother's day present

In a very loving manner I removed almost all the pesky dirt from her plant and scattered it allll over the house

I think she really appreciated my efforts

I put dirt on her pillows and rug

I tried to reach the TV but could not quite make it so the entertainment center sufficed

I put some on the bathroom rug

And my mom's response you ask?

Well.............she kinda freaked out.

She sure got out the vacuum really quick ..........so maybe she didn't like my surprise
